Mutton (Bone less ) – ½ Kilo
Salt – As required
Milk – 1 litre
Kashmir Chilly powder – 1 table spoon
Jathipathri powder – ½ tea spoon
Cardamom powder – ½ tea spoon
Cream – 2 table spoon

Method of preparation

Marinate the mutton with salt and mince it. Make the minced mutton into round balls and deep fry the minced mutton balls. in oil and keep it aside. After that take one litre of milk and add jathipathri powder , cardamom powder and red chilly powder and sauté it. When the mix get half drained add the fried mutton balls. Then again allow the half portion of the milk to get drained. The rista is ready.
