Fish with more flesh – 200 gram
Mushroom – 5 ( cut into small pieces)
Onion – 1 ( cut small)
Tomato – 2 ( cut small)
Coriander powder – 2 tea spoon
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder – ¼ tea spoon
Coriander leaves – 2 table spoon
Salt – as required
Oil – as required

Method of preparation

Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic, onion, tomato and fry. Add coriander powder, chilly powder, salt , fish and mix. then cook the same in low flame. Don’t add water. Then add coriander leaves, garam masala powder and mix and remove it from the stove. Serve hot
