
Ingredients
Puzha Njandu (Crab) – 5
Chilly powder – 4 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Salt – as required
Garlic – 3 cloves (crushed)
Coconut oil – required to fry
Curry leaves – as required.
Green chilly – 2 ( cut long)
Method of preparation
Clean the Njandu (Crab) thoroughly. Later marinate it with ingredients from 2 to 6. Have to remove the legs also. Heat oil in a pan and fry it. fry the curry leaves and green chilly and put it on top of the fried crab. Can eat after removing the outer shell.
