Cauliflower leaves – 250 grams
Prawns (medium size) – 250 gram
Onion (cut in the middle) – 3
Tomato chopped – 2
Green chilly – (sliced and cut) – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Chilly powder – 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder – 1 tea spoon
Coconut milk – 4 cup
Oil – 3 tea spoon
Salt – as required
Coriander leaves – to decorate

Method of preparation
Heat a pan. Pour oil and heat. Add onion and saute. Then add chopped tomatoes and sauté. Add chilly powder turmeric powder ginger garlic paste and mix well by adding Oil . Then add the chopped cauliflower. Add the prawns and cook. Boil the prawns by adding half. Cup of water. Then add coconut milk garam masala and green chillies and boil. When the gravy get thickened add the coriander leaves and serve.
