
Ingredients
Fish pieces – 6 nos
Salt, pepper powder – as required
Oil – to fry _ 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder – in order to marinate in the fish + ½ tea spoon
Potato boiled and smashed – ½ cup
Hot Water – 600 M.L
Fenugreek seed – 1 pinch
Kudampuli – 6 nos
Coriander leaves – little
Method of preparation
Soak the kudampuli in the half cup of hot water for half an hour. Then press well with the finger tips. Then filter the juice and keep it aside. Clean the fish. Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder and keep it for five minutes. Heat oil in a frying pan and add the fish pieces into it and half cook.
In order to remove the oil spread this in a tissue paper or towel. Mix the smashed potato with hot water. Add the salt and turmeric powder into it. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fenugreek seeds. When it becomes red colour add the hot potato mixture and boil it.
Cover it with a tight lid and keep it for five minutes. Then add the fish pieces. When it becomes soft add the kudampuli juice. Remove it from the flames and decorate it with coriander leaves
