Potato – 1
Coconut – ¼ cup
Onion – 1 no
Green chillies – 2
Cumin seed – ½ tea spoon
Onion – 1 no
Chilly powder – ½ spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ spoon
Salt – to taste
Coconut oil – as required
Curry leaves

Method of preparation

Boil the egg, remove the outer shell and cut it into four pieces and keep it aside. Cut the potato also into long pieces. Cook the potato pieces along with chopped onions by adding turmeric powder. Grind coconut, cumin seed, and green chillies to make a paste and keep it aside. Once the potato get cooked add the grinded paste. Then add the cooked cut egg pieces . Stir it very carefully so that it is not getting broken. Add the curry leaves and cook it for some more time. Finally add the coconut oil. Potato Egg curry Is ready to serve.
