Potato – 1
Coconut – ¼ cup
Onion – 1 no
Green chilly – 2
Cumin seed – ½ tea spoon.
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ spoon
Salt – to taste
Coconut oil – as required
Curry leaves

Method of preparation

Boil the egg, remove the outer shell and cut it into four long pieces and keep it aside. similarly cut the potato also. Then add the cut onion, turmeric powder, salt into it and boil. Grind the coconut, cumin seed and green chilly together and keep it aside. add this paste into it once the potato get cooked. Then add the egg pieces into it. stir it slowly , so that the egg pieces are not getting smashed. Then add the curry leaves and cook it for some more time. Add coconut oil into it
