Ingredients
Pork – 1 kilo gram
Dried chilly ( removing the grains) – 20 nos
Onion – Chopped 4 nos
Tomato – Chopped 6 nos
Garlic – chopped – 2 table spoon
Ginger – chopped – 2 table spoon
Turmeric powder ¼ tea spoon
Vinegar – 2 table spoon
Mustard seed – 1 tea spoon
Fenugreek seeds – ½ tea spoon
Cumin seed – 1 pinch
Sugar – 2 tea spoon
Oil – As required
Salt – to taste

Method of preparation
Grind the dried chilly, fenugreek seed, mustard seed, cumin seed , garlic, ginger by adding vinegar to make a paste and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan and add onion and fry it till it becomes light brown in colour. Add tomato and fry till the oil get separates . Add the grinded paste , and the required salt and mix it for two minutes. Then pressure cook the same for 25 minutes. Add 2 spoon of sugar and can serve.
