Pork ( Panni Erachi) – 200 Gram
Onion – 2 nos
Tomato – 2 nos
Green chilly
Curry leaves
Cardamom / Cloves

Method of Preparation

Cut the Port into small pieces, and clean it. Add turmeric powder , chilly powder, salt and marinate it. Then cook the marinated pork in a pressure cooker by adding little water, The pork has to been cooked for long time and hence it should be cooked till you get 4 whistles in the pressure cooker. The next stage is to prepare the masala. Cut the two onions into very thin slices, chop 2 green chilly, ginger, garlic ( garlic should be taken more) curry leaves and fry it in oil in a pan. When the onion get fried add the cooked pork along with water into masala. Also add cardamom , and cloves . Also add the chopped tomato and cook the same for some more time. Ginger pork is ready.
