Mutton – 500 gram
Pine apple rings – one small tin
Onion – 1 no ( chopped small)
Sugar – 1 table spoon
Vinegar – ¼ cup
Corn flour , oil – 2 table spoon each
Soya sauce – 1 table spoon
Capsicum – 1
Fresh cream – ½ cup
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Cook the mutton by adding 3 cups of water and required salt. On getting cooked drain out the water. Remove the pine apple rings from the tin and keep it aside the syrup. Then cut the pine apple rings into small pieces. heat oil in a pan . add capsicum pieces into it and saute. Then add the cooked mutton and fry it till it becomes red colour. then take out and keep it aside. Take a frying pan, add oil and fry the chopped onion till it become red colour. then add the corn flour and fry. Then pour the stock which you kept separately into it. Keep it in the stove with low flames and stir continuously. Then add cooked and fried mutton, capsicum, pineapple pieces and keep it in stove for give minutes, then add the fresh cream and remove it from the stove immediately.
