Chicken – 1/2 kg
Savala – 1/2 kg
Tomato – 1
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 1/2 tbsp
Green chilly – 4
Garlic – 4
turmeric – 2 tbsp
Chilly powder – 1 1/2
Corriander powder – 1 1/2
Garam masala – 1 1/2
Mustard – 1 1/2
Curry leaves
Coconut pieces

Cut the chicken to small pieces. Marinate with 1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chilly powder, 1 tbsp turmeric powder and salt. Add oil to pan and fry the chicken pieces. Splutter mustard in the same oil after removing the fried chicken from the pan. Add curry leaves. green chilly, grinded garlic to this. Add savala and ginger garlic paste and saute well. Add turmeric powder to it. Add chilly poweder. turmeric powder and garam masala to it. Add tomato to this. Cook for some time. Add needed salt. Add the chicken and curry leaves to it and cook for some more time. Add the coconut pieces. Cook well and when the water has been completely taken in serve.
