Mutton – 1 Kg
Chilly Powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1 table spoon
Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – half teaspoon
Mustard – 1 teaspoon
Green Chilly – 4
Ginger – 1 piece
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper powder – half teaspoon
Curry Leaves


Cut mutton into small pieces and wash well. Apply turmeric powder and salt. Marinate for half an hour. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add to it ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder and coriander powder and stir well. Add mutton into this and cook.

In a pan pour oil and boil, then add mustard and ginger cut into small pieces, green chilly, and stir well. Add black pepper powder and garam masala. Add mutton pieces and curry leaves. Cook for some time and use hot.
