1.Mutton – ½ kilo
2.Pepper powder – ¼ tea spoon
Chilly powder – 2 spoon
Coriander powder – 1 spoon
Garlic – 6 cloves
Cloves – 2 nos
Cinnamon – 1 piece
Fennel seeds – ½ spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ spoon

3.Potato – 2 no
4.Vinegar – 1 spoon
5.Ginger – ½ spoon
6.Boiled water – 2 cup
7.Oil – 1 spoon
8.Chopped garlic – 1 spoon
9.Salt – as required
10.shallots chopped
11.curry leaves
12.grated coconut

Method of preparation

Grind the 2nd Ingredients to a find paste. Marinate the mutton pieces with the paste, chopped ginger and vinegar and keep it aside for one hour. After one hour add little water and cook . When the mutton get cooked add the potato pieces, chopped garlic and cook. When the potato get cooked and the gravy get thickened remove from the stove. Heat oil in a pan add the mustard seed and allow it to splutter. Then add the chopped shallots , grated coconut and fry. Also add the curry leaves and fry till it becomes brown colour. then add the cooked mutton pieces and fry . When it get fried you can remove from the stove and serve hot.
