Mutton – 1/2 kg
Spinach – 1/2 kg
Savala – 2
Garlic – 5
Tomato – 1
Green Chilly – 3
Curd – 2 tbsp
Cream – 1 tbsp
Asafoetida – a pinch
Chilly powder, Garam masala – 1 tbsp
Vayana leaves – 1
Ghee -1 tbsp
Salt – as needed

Cut the mutton to pieces. Cook the spinach. Grind green chilly and spinach together. Add some oil in a pressure cooker and add asafoetida and vayana leaf to it. Add savala and garlic to this and sort. When savala turns brown in colour add the meat to it. Add tomato to this and cook well. Add the grinded spinach to this and cook. Add chilly powder, garam masala and salt to it. Add water to this and cook. When the mutton is cooked, add ghee and cream to this and serve.
