Ingredients:
Mutton – 100gm
Tomato – 100gm
Corriander powder – 20gm
Kashmiri chilly – 30 gm
Ginger, Garlic – 20gm
Jeera – a pinch
Jaathika powder – a pinch
Savala – 200gm
Rathanjog – a small piece
Saffron – a pinch
Salt – as needed

Preparation:
Sort in oil ginger and garlic and then savala. When it is sorted well, add all the powders and sort well again. Keep in low flame for 1/2 hour. Add muttton and rathanjoga to this and cook well. Add saffron and serve.
