Ingredients

Basmati Rice – 3 cup
Mutton keema – 2 cup
Vazhanaila – 3
Cumin seed – 1 tea spoon
Cardamom – 4
Cloves – 4
Cashew nut – 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Kismis – 4 tea spoon
Coriander leaves – 2 table spoon
Maida – as required
Salt – as required
Oil – 2 table spoon
Water – 6 cup

Method of preparation

Clean the basmati rice and drain out the water. Heat water. Add vazhanaila, cumin seed, cardamom, cloves, turmeric powder, salt and keema into it and cook it. when the meat get cooked , add little mor water and cook the rice. Later add the cashew nut fried in ghee, kismis, coriander leaves into it and close the lid. Knead the maida and make a dough. Glue the maida paste on the sides of the lid and close it thoroughly. Then place the burning charcoal on top of it. when you start to get the steam you can remove from the stove and can serve.
