Mutton – ¼ kilo
Onion paste – ¼ cup
Tomato – 2
Garlic paste – ½ tea spoon
Ginger – ½ tea spoon
Cumin seed – ½ tea spoon
Green chilly – 3
Curd – ¼ cup
Garam masala powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder – ½ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Clean the mutton pieces thoroughly. Marinate it with salt and curd and keep it for half an hour.

Can prepare mutton kadai

Take a pan . heat oil . add the green chilly into it , fry and keep it aside.
Then add the mutton pieces into pan and fry. When it gets fried slightly take out and keep it aside. then add the cumin seed into the pan. When it get spluttered add the onion paste into it and mix.
Add ginger garlic paste into it and saute well. Add tomato, masala powder and salt into it and mix. After mixing thoroughly add mutton pieces into it . close the lid and cook. Also pour required water.
When the mutton gets cooked and the gravy gets thickened, add the fried green chilly into it. if necessary can add coriander leaves, curry leaves into it. Mutton Kadai is ready.
