
Ingredients
Mutton – ½ kilo
Oil – ¼ cup
Cloves – 8
Cardamom – 3
Cinnamon – one piece
Dried chilly – 8 ( each cut into 4 pieces)
Pepper – 20 nos ( powdered)
Onion – 1 middle size. Cut into very thin pieces
Garlic – 1 2 cloves , cut long
Turmeric powder – little
Ripen tomato – cut into very small pieces – ½ cup
Method of preparation
Heat oil in a pan. Add cloves , cardamom , cinnamon powder and fry. Add the other ingredients one by one and fry. When the tomato get cooked add the mutton pieces and fry. Add required salt and water and cook it by closing the lid. When the gravy get thickened can remove from the flames and can serve hot.
