Ingredients:
Mutton, Cabbage – 250gms each
Rice – 1 cup
Savala – 3
Chilly – 2
Ginger – a piece
Chilly powder – 1/2 tbsp
Cardamom – 4
Patta – a small piece
Salt – as needed
Pepper – 1 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp

Preparation:
Cook the mutton by adding water and salt for 15 minutes. Cut the cabbage into small pieces. Cut the chilly. Cut the savala and ginger. Soak the rice, Fry the mutton in a non stick pan after adding oil. Add cardamom and patta to it. Fry savala and ginger until brown. Cook the rice. Mix everything together, fry well and serve.
