Ingredients

Salt – as required
Coconut Oil – 2 owns
Grated coconut – 1 half
Egg – 5 nos
Green chillies – 3 nos big ( chopped small)
Onion – big – 2 nos – (chopped small)
Curry leaves – 2 strip ( cut into small)
Ginger – 1 piece – chopped small
Mustard seed – 1 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Beat the egg in a vessel and add required salt and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seed and allow to splutter. Add ginger, curry leaves, shallot, green chilly and fry. After that add grated coconut. Stir it for three minutes. Now keep the stove in low flame and add the beaten eggs into the pan. Stir it continuously till the egg get fried. When it get fried transfer the content into another vessel. You can serve hot.
