
Ingredients
Mussels – ¼ kg
Red Chilly paste – 2 table spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Ginger/Garlic/Green Chilly paste – as required
Curd – 1 table spoon
Curry leaves – 1 petal
Onion sliced – Two
Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon
Salt – as required
Method
Mix all the ingredients with mussels until the kallummakkaya (Mussels) marinate well. Heat oil in a pan and cook the mussels well.
