1.Chicken – 250 gram
2.Onion – 200 gram ( chopped small)
3.Tomato – 2 (chopped small)
4.Ginger, garlic (paste ) 1 tea spoon
5.Green chilly – 3 nos
6.White pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
7.Garam masala powder – 1 tea spoon
8.Kasoori Methi – 1 tea spoon (powdered)
9.Curd – 2 spoon
10.Cream – 2 spoon
11.Salt – as required
12.Dalda – 50 gram
13.Coriander leaves – 10 gram chopped

Method of preparation

Heat oil in a pan. Add the onions and fry. Take the half portion of the fried onion and grind it in mixer to make paste.Again fry this and add the chopped tomatoes. On getting fried add ginger, garlic paste and green chillies and sauté again. After five minutes add the chicken pieces and fry. Then close the lid and cook it by closing the lid. When the chicken gets cooked add the garam masala powder , white pepper powder and later add the curd and salt. Put the kasoori methi , coriander leaves and cream . Then remove it from the stove.
