Ingredients:
Duck – 1/2 kg
Savala – 300 gm
Ginger – 2 pieces
Green chilly – 4
Garlic – 3
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Tomato – 3
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 2 tbsp
Corriander powder – 1/2 tbsp
Oil- 100 gm
Coconut milk – of a coconut
Salt

For gravy:
Coconut fried – 1
Dried chilly – 5
Onion – 10
Curry leaves – 1 strip
Jeera powder – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1 tbsp

Preparation:
Add oil in a pan and heat. Add savala, ginger, garlic, green chilly, curry leaves, and saute. Then add chilly powder, turmeric powder and corriander powder and saute again. Add the gravy mix to this. Add 1/2 cup water and cook. Add the duck pieces to this. When cooked well add coconut milk. Add spulttered mustard to this and serve.
