Mutton – ½ Kilo ( cut into square pieces)
Vegetable oil – 120 milli liter
Garam Masala powder – 2 tea spoon
Ginger paste – 1 tea spoon
Salt – as required
Water – 360 Milli liter
For Curry
Vegetable oil – 6 table spoon
Cumin seed – 1 tea spoon
Tamarind juice – 1 tea spoon
Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Hing – ¼ tea spoon
Bay leaf – as required
Bengal gram flour – ¼ kilo

Method of preparation

Take a pan and pour oil and heat. Add mutton pieces, garam masala, ginger paste and saute for ten minutes.
Also add required salt and water into it. Cook it in reduced flame for 40 minutes.

Method of preparation For Curry

Heat oil , add cumin seed, hing, bay leaf, tamarind juice, garlic paste and heat. Add the mutton into it and cook It for 15 minutes. On getting cooked you can remove from the flames and serve.
