Chicken Breast(Boneless) – 2
Onion – 1
Black pepper – 10
Cinnamon – 1 piece
Garlic – 5
Ginger – 1 piece
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Lemon peel scraped – ¼ teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
Chilly flakes – 1 teaspoon
Salt, olive oil, coriander leaves – as required


Grind the pepper, cinnamon, onion, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, lemon juice and lemon peel with a little water. Make a smooth paste of this. Add chilly flakes, salt, cumin powder and pepper powder into this paste. Incise the chicken breasts lengthwise. Apply the paste and keep aside for an hour. Roast these pieces on both sides in a pan with oil. Moroccan chicken is ready.
