Fish Pieces – 1 Kilo
Dry Chilly – 2 nos
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Chilly powder – 4 tea spoon
Fenugreek – ¼ tea spoon
Coconut oil – ¼ cup
Shallots ( thinly chopped) – 2 table spoon
Ginger ( chopped into very thin pieces) – 1 tea spoon
Green chilly – 6 nos
Garlic – 15 cloves
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Salt – to taste

Method of preparation

Grind the dry chilly, turmeric powder , fenugreek seed by adding little water into a fine paste. Heat Oil in a pan , add the shallots and fry . Then add Ginger, Garlic , Green chilly and curry leaves and fry a little bit and remove it from the flame and keep it aside. Add the paste into In the remaining oil and saute for some time. Add two cup of water and other ingredients and boil it by closing the lid. While boiling add the cleaned fish pieces of fish , kudampuli and required salt and cook. The add the fried shallots , ginger, garlic , green chilly and curry leaves and cook till it get drain out the water completely till the oil get separates . Can remove form the stove and ready to use.
