
Ingredients:
Sardine – 1/4 kg
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp
Maida – 1 cup
Salt , Water, Oil – as required
Preparation:
Make slits in the fish. Marinate the fish with chilly powder, pepper powder and salt and keep for some time. Add water to maida and mix well. Dip the fish in this and deep fry.
