Chemmeen ( Prawns) – 10
Garlic – 10
Ginger – 1 piece
Green chilly – 5
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Garam masala – 1 tea spoon
Tomato paste – table spoon
Tamarind juice – 1 cup
Coconut – 1 cup
Grind the garlic, ginger , green chilly into paste

Clean the chemmeen ( prawns). Take chilly powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder ,salt and marinate it and keep it aside for one hour. Take a pan and boil oil. Add curry leaves and saute. Add chemmeen into it and mix. Keep this in low flame. Later add tomato paste into it. and stir it for one to two minutes. Add little water into it and boil.
When it get boiled for some time add the tamarind juice into it and mix. Close the lid and cook. When it get cooked add grated coconut into it and mix. After getting boiled you can remove from the stove.
