
Ingredients:
Chicken – 1/2 kg
Curry leaves – 7 strips
Coconut grated – 1 cup
Jeera – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
Shallots – 1 cup
Ginger – Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Green Chilly – 2
Tomato – 1
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Corriander powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp
Salt , Oil – as needed
Preparation Methods:
Cook the chicken cut into small pieces with chilly powder, corriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Fry the curry leaves in oil and keep aside. Fry coconut, jeera and pepper in the same oil. Mix well the fried coconut and curry leaves. Sort ginger garlic paste in oil and then sort well shallots, tomato and green chilly. Add the chicken stock to this and keep to cook.Mix well all the ingredients and keep to cook.
