Ingredients:

Medium Prawns – 12
Garlic – 30 pieces, grinded
Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp
Jeera – a pinch
Butter – 1 tbsp
Lime juice – 2 tbsp
Curd – 1 cup
Corriander leaves, Salt – as needed

Preparations:
Clean the prawns well and marinate it with lime juice, half of the garlic paste, salt and turmeric powder and keep in fridge for an hour. Mix the rest of the garlic in the curd. Add the masala powders, salt and Jeera to it. Take the marinated prawns and apply the curd masala onto it. Keep for an hour. Pre heat the microwave oven to 200 degrees. Put the prawns onto the screwers. Apply butter. Grill the prawns for 10 – 15 minutes.
