Chicken – 1 Kilo
Coconut powder – ¾ cup
Cashew nut – 12
Mustard seed – 3 table spoon
Tomato paste – 2 table spoon
Green chilly paste – 2 table spoon
Ginger, garlic paste – 2 table spoon
Coriander powder – 2 tea spoon
Cumin powder – 1 tea spoon
Garam masala – 1 table spoon
Ghee 1 table spoon
Curd – 2 cup
Coriander leaves chopped – 3 table spoon
Mint leaves (pudina) chopped – 1 table spoon

Method of preparation

Roast the coconut powder, cashew nut, mustard seed with out adding oil. When it gets cooled grind this into paste by adding required water.
Add tomato, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala , curd, ghee, coriander leaves, pudina (mint)leaves and salt and mix well.

Heat the pan. Pour oil and boil. Add the prepared paste into it and later chicken pieces and mix. Then add two cup of water and cook it by closing the lid. When it gets cooked and the gravy gets thickened you can remove from the stove and can serve.
