Kozhuva or small fish – 50 gram
Dried chilly – 100 gram
Ginger – 2 piece
Garlic – 1 full bulb
Onion – 10
Green chilly – 5
Kudampuli – 2 piece
Oil – as required
Salt – as required
Curry leaves – as required

Method of preparation
Clean the fish and keep it aside, crush the dried chilly, onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies. Take a vessel , Put this crushed paste along with the cleaned fish and mix. Then add the salt and kudampuli into it. then pour little water and keep it in the stove and drain out the water completely. When the water gets completely drained remove it from the stove. take a pan. Heat oil and put the fish along with the crushed mix into it and fry . when the puli and spices get mixed properly, it would be having a good taste.
