Chicken – 1 kg
Kumbalam – 600 gm
Ginger – 150 gm
Curry leaves – 3 strips
Small Red chilly – 15
Peppeer – 50 gm
Garlic – 20 pieces
Jeera – a pinch
Salt – as needed
Coconut – 1/2

Grind well coconut, jeera, garlic, pepper and small chilly. Cook the chicken. Add the grinded mixture to the chicken. When it is half cooked add the Kumabalam to it. When the Kumbalam is cooked well and can be crushed well, add some mustard fried in oil.
