1.Koonthal – 1 Kilo
2.Chilly powder – 2 table spoon
3.Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
4.Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
5.Rice flour – 2 table spoon
6.Salt – as required
7.Lemon juice – 1 tea spoon
8.Coconut oil – as required

Method of preparation

Clean the koonthal and cut it in round shape. Take pepper powder, turmeric powder, chilly powder, rice flour, required salt, and lemon juice and mix it with the cleaned and Cut koonthal. After that fry it in oil.
