
Ingredients
Koontal ( squid) Cleaned and cut
Onion – 2 nos ( chopped small)
Tomato – 2 nos Cut into small pieces
Green chilly – 3 nos
Chilly powder – 3 nos
Turmeric powder – ½ spoon
Ginger paste – 1 spoon
Garlic / Shallots paste – 1 ½ spoon each
Coconut oil / Salt / curry leaves – as required
Method of preparation
Marinate Koontal ( squid) with salt, chilly powder and turmeric powder . Deep Fry the marinated Koontal . Take another pan and heat coconut oil . Add Onion, tomato . ginger paste, garlic paste, shallots paste , green chillies and curry leaves and saute well. Add the fried Koontal to it and can remove from the flames, Koothal roast is ready
