Ingredients

Konchu – cleaned and removed the shell – 6 to 8 no
Lemon Juice – 1 tea spoon
Ginger paste – 1 tea spoon
Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Salt – As required
Vegetable oil – to fry
Coriander leaves – little

To make mixture

Maida ( all purpose flour) – 3 table spoon
Corn flour – 2 tea spoon
Baking powder – one pinch
Lemon juice – 1 table spoon
Ginger paste – 2 table spoon
Garlic – 2 table spoon
Green chillies chopped into small pieces – 1 no
Onion – 1 no
Black cumin seed – ½ tea spoon
Coriander leaves – 1 table spoon
Salt – as required

For chutney

Coriander leaves – 100 gram
Pudina ( mint leaves) 100 gram
Onion small – 1 no
Green chilly – 2 – 3 nos
Ginger – one piece ( ½ inch long)
Small raw mango – 1 nos
Sugar – ½ tea spoon
Salt – As required

Method of preparation

Add the lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, and salt into the cleaned konchu and marinate and keep it in fridge for half an hour.
Take the ingredients of the mixture and put it in a vessel . add little water and make it a paste. Keep this paste aside for 15 minutes
Take all the ingredients for making the chutney and cut it into small pieces . Pluck out the pudina leaves from the stem. Remove the outer skin of the raw mango. Then grind it to make a paste by adding required water.
Heat oil in a pan, dip the marinated konchu in to the prepared mixture and fry it in the oil till it becomes brown colour. Can add the Chutney and the Pudina leaves to the fried konchu.
