
Ingredients
Oil – as required
Mustard seed – 1 tea spoon
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Dried chilly, ginger – 2 each
Garlic – 6 cloves
Green chilly – 3
Onion , tomato, cauli flower – 1 each
Coriander powder – 1 tea spoon
Garam masala – 2 tea spoon
Salt – as required
Konchu – 250 gram
Coconut milk – of one coconut
Coriander leaves chopped – little
Method of preparation
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seed, curry leaves, dried chillies and fry. Then add ginger, garlic, green chillies, onion, tomato and fry. Then add chopped cauliflowers and then coriander powder, garam masala, salt and mix. spread the konchu above it. Add two spoon of water and coconut milk and cook . decorate with coriander leaves.
