Chicken – 1 kg
Kashmiri Chilli powder – 2 tbsp
Mustard – 1 spoon
Karuva – 1
Grampoo – 4 pieces
Ginger – 2 pieces
Garlic – 2 full
Onion (Savala)- 4
Cashewnut – 12 (grinded)
Tomato – 3
Dalda – 3/4 cup
Kismis – 12 (grinded)
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Salt – as needed

Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate it by adding salt and turmeric powder to it. Deep fry the chicken pieces in the oil.Add ginger, garlic, onion and chilly powder to it. Cook the tomato in another pan till it gets cooked. Add to it, Karuva, Grampoo and Mustard grinded. Add all together and cook for some time. Serve decorating with cashewnut and kismis.
