Kakka( mussels ) flesh – 500 gram
Coconut oil – 50 milli
Ginger – 25 gram
Garlic 25 gram
Green chilli – 3 nos
Onion – 100 gram
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Chilli powder – ½ tea spoon
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
Salt – as required
Garam masala – one pinch
Coconut milk – 50 milli

Method of preparation

Heat oil in a pan , add ginger, garlic, green chilli, onion, curry leaves and fry till it becomes golden brown colour. After that keep the stove in reduced flames and add all the curry powders. Add little water and stir it. Add salt, pepper and mussels (kakka) flesh and cook. When it get half cooked add the coconut milk and again cook till the water get drained completely. You have to keep on stirring it so that it will not get stick in the bottom. Then add the cut tomato and decorate.
