Chicken breast – 1 kilo
Onion – 1
Lemon juice – 4 table spoon
Mustard seed paste – 1 tea spoon
Pepper powder – 1 pinch
Cumin powder – 1 tea spoon
Saffron – one pinch
Warm water – 3 table spoon
Olive Oil – 4 table spoon

Method of preparation

Take onion, lemon juice, oil oil, salt, pepper powder and grind it together. Take boiled water and put the saffron and soak it for 10 minutes. Clean the chicken and add cumin powder, mustard seed paste, masala paste, saffron, and marinate the chicken and keep it in fridge for eight hours. Avoid the freezer. After that take out the chicken pieces and pierce it in the skewer. Grill it and serve.
