Chicken – one kilo
Onion – 250 gram – chopped
Ginger – 50 gram
Garlic – 25 gram
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Cumin powder – one pinch
Fenugreek powder – one pinch
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Tomato – 2 chopped
Garam masala – 1 tea spoon
Cardamom , cloves, cinnamon, coriander powder – one tea spoon
Salt , oil – as required

Method of preparation

Clean the chicken pieces and cut into very small pieces. Grind the onion, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, cumin seed, fenugreek owider chilly powder in a mixer. Take one fourth portion of the paste and marinate the chicken. Keep it aside for some time. Heat oil in a pan, add the garam masala powder and remaining paste to the oil and sauté till the oil and masala get separated. Add the chopped tomato and fry. Then add the marinated chicken pieces and required water and cook it. On getting cooked decorate it with coriander leaves.
