Chicken – 1 kilo
Onion – 250 gram ( chopped)
Ginger – 50 gram
Garlic – 25 gram
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Cumin powder – one pinch
Fenugreek powder – one pinch
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Tomato – 2 chopped
Garam masala – 1 tea spoon
Cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, coriander powder – one spoon
Salt , oil – as required

Method of preparation

Clean the chicken and chop it into small pieces. take onion, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, cumin powder, fenugreek powder , chilly powder and grind it to a fine paste. Take the ¼ portion of the paste and marinate in the chicken pieces. Heat oil in a pan and add the remaining prepared paste and garam masala powder and fry till the masala and oil get separated. Add the chopped tomato and sauté. Then ad the marinated chicken pieces and cook it by adding water . when the chicken gets cooked put the coriander leaves above it and can serve
