1.Beef – 1 kilo 9 chopped into small pieces
2.Raw Plantain ( pachakaya ) – 200 gram
3.Onion – 250 gram
4.Green chilly – 5 nos
5.Ginger – 25 gram
6.Garlic – 25 gram
7.Curry leaves – 1 tea spoon
8.Coconut oil – 150 milli
9.Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
10.Coriander powder – 1 tea spoon
11.Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
12.Meat masala – 1 table spoon
13.Fennel seed powder – 1 tea spoon
14.Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
15.Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, green chilly, garlic, ginger accordingly and sauté. Add chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, meat masala, fennel seed powder and salt and fry for some more time. Then add the meat and cook it by adding required water. When the meat get cooked add the chopped raw plantain ( pachakaya) , pepper powder and curry leaves and sauté again for some time. Then remove from the stove and serve hot.
