Chicken – ½ kilo
Onion – 3
Maida – ½ table spoon
Curd – ½ cup
Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
Garlic – 7 cloves
Chilly powder – 1 table spoon
Butter – 2 table spoon
Lemon juice – ½ tea spoon
Sugar – ¼ tea spoon
Water – ½ cup
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Cut the chicken into pieces and clean it well. Later wipe it with cloth and remove the water particles from the chicken. Later spread the maida flour into the chicken pieces and fry it in hot oil. Fry it till it becomes red colour and keep it aside. saute onion in the oil. Add chilly powder, pepper powder, curd without sourness, lemon juice, water, sugar and salt and mix. Then remove it from the stove. Take another vessel, add the fried chicken pieces and sauté mix into it and mix. Keep it in Bourma for one hour in 375 degree. When the gravy gets thickened can serve.
