Ingredients:
Chicken – 600 gm
Ginger , Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Jeera powder – 3 tbsp
Lime juice – 2 tbsp
Chilly paste – 3 tbsp
Tamarind paste – 2 tbsp
Oil – 4 tbsp
Salt – as needed

Preparation:
Mix ingredients from 2 to 7 and marinate the chicken with this for 2 hours. Add 2 spoons of oil and add the chicken pieces to it. Cook until the gravy gets condensed. Add salt. Add 2 spoons of oil to this and fry the chicken and take it dry.
