Mutton – ½ Kilo
Coriander leaves – 1 bundle
Onion – 3
Green chilly – 3
Ginger – garlic paste – 1 table spoon
Cashew nut – 7
Pepper – 15
Star Anise – 1
Cinnamon – 1
Cloves – 3
Cumin powder – 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder – 2 table spoon
Fresh cream – 1 table spoon

Method of preparation

Chop the mutton and clean thoroughly.
Take the coriander leaves and green chillies and grind it together in a mixer and make paste.
Grind the onion, cashew nut, star anise, cinnamon , cloves and pepper together and keep it aside.
Boil Oil in a Pan. Add onion paste into it and mix.
Then add the coriander paste into it
Add the mutton pieces into it and mix. Also add required salt and water into it and cook.
When the mutton get cooked and the gravy thickened, add fresh cream and mix.
