Mutton – ¼ kilo
Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
Milk – ½ liter
Dried ginger powder – 1 pinch
Cloves powder – one pinch
Cardamom powder – one pinch
Pepper powder – one pinch
Cream – 2 table spoon
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Mince the mutton by adding salt and pepper powder. Then make small balls out of it. heat oil and fry this balls in it. take half liter of milk and add the ingredients from four to seven and keep it in the stove. when the milk gets reduced to half measure, add the prepared mutton balls into the milk. Later add two table spoon cream. After that stir the milk and boil till it get reduced to half measure. Then remove from the stove.
