Ingredients

Fish
Mango
Tomato
Onion
Green chillies
Mustard leaves
Ginger
Green capsicum
Yellow capsicum
Lemon
Coriander leaves

Method of preparation

Clean the fish, marinate it with lemon juice, pepper powder, salt, chopped ginger into it and keep it for fifteen minutes. In order to prepare mango salsa chop the ripe mango into small pieces. Then add capsicum, tomato, onion, green chillies, pepper, salt, lemon juice, into it and mix. Add the coriander leaves into it.

Take a pan. Add olive oil , when gets heated add the marinated fish into it and cook it for eight minutes. Add mustard leaves into it. transfer the cooked fish into the plate. Can serve it with mango salsa and mustard leaves.
