Chicken – 1/2 Kg
Green chilly – 3
Big onion – 3
tomato – 1
Garlic – 5(crushed)
Ginger – 1 (small piece crushed)
Black pepper powder – 3 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 3 teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves (ground into paste)- two cups
Salt – to taste
Coconut Oil – required


Cook the chicken with salt, some coriander powder, two chilies and a little water in pressure cooker. Heat oil in a pan with thick bottom and fry ginger and garlic. When it is brown add onion. When this is brown colored add tomato, coriander powder, garam masala, green chilly and salt. After stirring and adding nicely. Add to this the cooked chicken and black pepper powder. Cook for some time with lid closed. After the chicken caught enough masala, mix the coriander leaf paste and let it boil is low flame until the gravy is thick.
