1.Avoli or some other fish – 250 gram
2.Onion – cut into two pieces
3.Green chilly – 8
4.Ginger – cut into long pieces – 2
5.Coconut – one half
6.Cinnamon – 4 inch piece
7.Cloves – 4
8.Coriander leaves – ½ bunch
9.Tomato – 1 big
10.Oil – 2 table spoon
11.Salt – as required
12.Curry leaves – little

Method of preparation

Clean the fish and make it into pieces. crush the coconut and take out the thick milk ( onnam pal) and medium thick milk ( randam pal). Heat oil in a pan. Add cloves, cinnamon, onion, green chilly, ginger and sauté for some time. When the onion gets soft add the medium thick coconut milk ( randam pal), fish pieces, salt, tomato, curry leaves into it and boil. When the fish gets cooked add the thick coconut milk ( onnam pal) and coriander leaves and allow to boil. When it is starts to Boil remove from the stove.
